At Gusto Foods, we strive for the highest quality in every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or exchange.

Upon arrival, carefully check your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or quality issues that may have occurred during transit.

Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team process your request efficiently.

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos within two days of receiving your order.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
